Entries can be placed on-line through August 5th, or Friday before the Fair in the 4-H Exhibit Building
from 4 to 8 p.m. Exhibits are due Friday before the Fair from 4 to 8 p.m. in the 4-H Exhibit Building.
DIVISION 2 - HOME ENVIRONMENT Open to any boy or girl currently enrolled in the 4-H Family Living Series. Items must be made, assembled, or refinished by exhibitor.
CLASS A - HOME ENVIRONMENT

- Partitions for a dresser or chest of drawers (the drawer with dividers or partitions may be used as the exhibit.)
- Framed picture with a mat and hanger. Picture must be for a specific room. Explain the room color scheme or reason for using the picture in this particular room.
- An exhibit showing the color scheme of a specific room mounted on cardboard poster. Include fabric swatches, paint chips, wood samples, etc. Describe type of room and why scheme was used - size of room, exposure, etc. Include hanger.
- Scrapbook with ideas for improving one particular room in the home. No more than four pictures to show any one improvement as curtains, furniture arrangements, etc. Suitable fabric samples may be included. Explain why decisions were made.
- Patchwork pillow. Describe spot where it will be used, surrounding furniture and color.
- "Throw" cushion for a specific room. Describe spot where it will be used, surrounding furniture and colors.
- Bulletin board with hanger.
- Decorative window shade.
- Cost analysis, samples, photos, or sketches and a story explaining a project completed.

18. Homemade furniture for use in a specific room. Describe briefly the type of room and other furniture with which it will be used. Include cost and time record.
19. Storage improvement - scale drawing with an explanation of why the change was made, include before and after.
