Entry forms are due in the Fair office, or can be entered on-line by July 25th. If July 25th falls on a weekend, entries will be accepted in the Fair office on the following Monday without penalty. Late entries will be charged a fee of $10.00 per head through July 31st. After July 31st late entries may not be accepted.

1. Concerning cross entry into open class, see rule 13 and 14 of the general rules. These entries must be entered at the Fair office by July 25th.

2. All animals shown in 4-H classes must be housed in the 4-H barn while at the Fair.

3. Failure to enter Fit and Show class will mean forfeiting all 4-H premiums.

4. All animals must be clipped before entering the fairgrounds. Touch-up clipping for Type or Fitting and Showing must be done by 4-H member only. Any other supervision must have permission of Superintendent. Premiums will be pulled.

5. Equipment: It is required that each club supply a wheelbarrow for removal of manure and neat tack boxes of sufficient size to store all equipment when it is not being used. The owner must furnish watering pails, combs, brushes, etc. for their animals.

6. Feed: The Fair Association will furnish hay and bedding. The owners must furnish their own grain.

7. No animals shall be withdrawn from the Fair before 9 p.m., Saturday of the Fair or premiums will be forfeited.

8. All self-determined projects should be entered on Monday of the Fair in the Henry Jansen Building.

9. All livestock projects must turn in a 4-H record book or a Livestock/Dairy agreement.

10. 4-H Livestock Leaders - Please call the department Superintendent with preliminary entry numbers by June 15th.

11. No exhibitors will be allowed in the barn between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. unless they have written permission from the Superintendent.

LARGE ANIMAL ROUND ROBIN CONTEST
Overall Trophy sponsored by: Ferndale Grain
Buckles and cash awards sponsored by: Elenbaas Company

The overall champion and reserve Fit and Show exhibitors from each of the Beef, Dairy, Dairy Goat, Pygmy Goat, Horse, Llama, Sheep, and Swine departments compete for best overall showmanship exhibitor. Contest is Saturday at 3:00 pm. Previous Round Robin winners may not compete again in the same species division. They may compete again if they qualify in a different species.

AWARDS
* One overall champion (only this one is announced), and 15 runner-up rosettes will be awarded. Runner-up rosettes are awarded in no particular order.
* The overall winner earns the Ferndale Grain trophy and the Elenbaas Company belt buckle and $100.00 cash award.
* The overall Fit and Show winner from each of the eight departments earns the Elenbaas Company $50.00 cash award and Belt Buckle. (This is earned in each of the individual departments fit and show contests, and not in the Round Robin.)
